Terms and Conditions of Booking

To book a course online you are required to complete the online booking process.

Booking

By processing your booking online through Golf Finders you agree that all the information you provide is accurate and correct. To complete the booking you are required to enter a verifiable email address and other required fields and accept the terms and conditions. Once this has been done we will send you a confirmation email regarding your booking.

You should be aware that:

  • By booking you will be sharing your personal information with Golf Findersand the course you are booking with

You are agreeing:

  • To provide accurate personal information
  • To fulfil your booking agreement
  • That you are solely responsible for the content or information you provide
  • That you will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information. If information provided subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly make efforts to change the information
  • That you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms

Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to a deposit being paid. This deposit is non-refundable, unless the course was closed due to weather on your day of play. However, we do operate discretion, so please contact us if you have to cancel your booking.

Administration Fee

We charge an administration fee of 50p per person. This is non-refundable. The fee ensures we can continue to operate a seamless and efficient booking system. This fee doesn’t relate to transaction charges incurred for processing payments and remains the same regardless of your payment method.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us and the course.

No-Show Policy

The course has the right to charge the full amount of the booking if you don’t show up for your booking and didn’t cancel at a time that is within their cancellation window. Generally, a course will require 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Our Responsibilities

Golf Finders will respect your information and will comply with all applicable data protection legislation. When you provide your booking details we will share these with the course.

By completing the booking process you are consenting to Golf Finders using your personal information to provide the booking services.

Proprietary Rights

We own and retain all proprietary rights for the booking system.

Confidentiality

We will keep all information supplied by you confidential. We shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected.

Warranties

We provide the scheme and website service on an “as is” basis and we grant not warranties of any kind in respect of the service.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the service including without limitation, damages for loss or service interruption.

Indemnity by the user

You will indemnify and hold harmless the booking system, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the system and your subsequent game at the course. This includes any breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

Changes to our Terms and Conditions

Changes to these Terms and Conditions may be necessary from time to time to keep pace with changes in our services and changes to the law.  We will update it, so please check it regularly.
